To save on confusion and accusations of specific suckage, the left side of his face is supposed to be flaccid due to a stroke. HE'S A LOOKER.

Woah, neat design! I like how you shaded some parts in black, and how the pattern on his outfit fades out as it nears the bottom.

I think there's a homeless guy near my house that looks like this dude. It's uncanny. I love the way you draw/painted all of the fabric. Did ~mental2 give a reason for why he's red?

I know he said that in the story no one really knows if that's body paint or his actual skin colour, but I suspect this character is something of a demon, and the skin colour hearkens to that :3

Expressive, lively pose, delightfully weird expression, and distinctive getup. Good stuff. Reminds me of The Court of the Crimson King, where the Yellow Jester controls the other courtiers.
